Doctors say you should NEVER touch these 7 body parts! We tell you why!

Self-touch is more important than any other being touching you. To understand your own body is necessary and should not be shied away from. However, there are certain body parts which require attention but certainly not with your hands.

FACE: Pimple issues? Your hands are to blame! Even before you wash your face, you should be cleaning with a neutral soap first. Most germs come through our hands and constantly touching your face also invites other bacteria and diseases.

EYES: Itchy eyes can be due to constant rubbing them through the day. If you have itchy eyes, opt for eye drops rather than shoving your fingers into them. Eyes are the most delicate part of the body and should be handled with care. Most eye infections happen because of constant touch of your hands on them.

BUTT: Yes! The anal region is super sensitive and contains bacteria which can spread through your hands. This bacteria can be harmful and cause infections. Even though you wash your bottoms thoroughly with water, it does not mean it is bacteria free.

SKIN UNDER THE NAILS: Skin under the nails is extremely fragile and should not be fiddled with. This not only opens the door to certain types of fungus but also introduces a variety of germs in your nails.

EAR CANAL: We do have the habit of vigorously touching our ear canal, especially post a bath. The delicate thin skin in the ear canal can be severely damaged due to this. Since our hands are the first breeding grounds for most of the diseases, it is best to keep them off your ears.

MOUTH: As is mentioned, since our hands carry most of the disease-causing germs, putting them in your mouth is a big no. Even if your hands are clean, do not put them in your mouth.

INSIDE OF YOUR NOSE: You must be wondering how else would you clean your nose then? If you really have to clean your nose properly, use a sanitized handkerchief to do it. Studies state that those who are habitual nose pickers are more prone to falling sick than those who are not.
